Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices shown on the Service are subject to change. You may cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
The Service, including its models, signals, content and branding, is owned by MindAlpha and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that signals will be profitable or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindAlpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, capital, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
